Sigona's Style Fresh Tomato Salad

2-3 large tomatoes (or equivalent pounds of smaller tomatoes), sliced.

1 container of fresh mozzarella (closest match in shape to the tomato) sliced.

Alternate tomatoes and mozzarella sliced on a serving platter.

 

Then sprinkle:

·        3 tablespoons Sigona’s fresh-pressed olive oil

·        3 tablespoons Sigona’s balsamic vinegar

·        Fresh basil in leaves or chopped. (Other fresh herbs can be substituted, such as thyme, oregano)

·        Salt and pepper to taste

Garnish with additional herbs.

 

Serve cool, but not cold for the best flavor.
