Grilled Prawns Brushed with Sigona’s White Peach Balsamic
The sweet, tangy flavor of the white balsamic is a perfect match for grilled prawns. Great on a warm night. Serves 2.
What you’ll need:
- 10+ prawns
- Sigona’s Summertime Peach White Balsamic
- Sigona’s Fresh Press EVOO
- Salt & pepper (to taste)
- Red pepper flakes (optional)
- 2 wooden skewers
Directions: If using frozen prawns, thaw according to package directions. If necessary, peel and devein. Soak 2 wooden skewers in water for 10 minutes before skewering the prawns (this is so wood doesn’t catch fire on the grill). Slide 5 prawns onto each skewer. Season with a little olive oil, red pepper flakes (optional), salt and pepper to taste. Grill for just a couple of minutes, brushing with white peach balsamic. Serve warm or chilled.
