Herbes de Provence Hummus
Hummus is a fabulous dip to keep on hand, for veggies, crackers, pitas and even grilled meats. Our herbes de Provence olive oil lightly seasons the hummus without adding too much flavor. The recipe is easy to double. Serves 4.

Place everything but the olive oil in the bowl of a food processor. With the blade running, drizzle in the olive oil. Process until smooth. Adjust seasoning, if desired. all the ingredients in the bowl of a food processor and process until creamy and smooth.
Serve with additional olive oil drizzled over the top.
