Creamy Garlic-Balsamic Dipping Sauce for Artichokes

Whisk together balsamic, garlic oil, Dijon mustard and 1 tablespoon water in a small bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve vinaigrette with steamed artichokes.
