Calvin Takeshita has been working for Sigona’s in Palo Alto for 22 years as our produce manager. Cal is a produce expert and known for his meticulous training of others about how to handle greens and soft fruit. He’s a big reason the greens you take home last so long!
Cal works closely with Robbie Sigona, our produce buyer, to be sure that our farmers are delivering the best available produce.
Cal is a gem of a guy — he cares so much about the business and we’re grateful to have him on the Sigona’s team!
