Ryan Casey's Favorite Ways with Dry-Farmed Tomatoes
The Purist
Slice the tomatoes.
Top with balsamic vinegar and fresh basil.
The Chef
Cook down great into a marinara sauce. All you need to do is quarter the tomatoes and put in a pot with a little olive oil. Cook down and then add a little garlic and fresh basil in the last few minutes.
The Adventurer
Cube them and throw them into your next stir-fry. Wow! The flavor!
Saving for a Rainy Day
