Pine Nuts are a truly SPECTACULAR FOOD.They are an absolutely wonderful, healthy and versatile gift from nature.
Pine nuts have a rich, delicate, nutty flavor that pairs deliciously with eggplant dishes—combine that with the intricate, physical effort involved in harvesting them (mostly done by hand, taking the pine nuts from the Pine cone) and they are, indeed, quite a temptation.
Pine nuts are best stored in an air tight container in the refrigerator for up to one month. You may store them in your freezer for up to three (3) months.
