Here is a healthy and fresh desert recipe that takes just a minute to make. I’ve modified it from one of my all-time favorites, the late and great health guru Jack LaLanne.

Banana Raisin Coconut Delight

Directions:

  • In a flat dish, mash one ripe large banana until smooth and creamy
  • Sprinkle with a bit of cinnamon
  • Top with organic red flame raisins
  • Sprinkle shredded coconut on top of banana, cinnamon and raisins
  • Drizzle with our Honey Hole honey (optional)
  • Serves 1-2
