French Butter Recipe Roundup

Président Cheese is one of the world’s leading cheesemakers and is considered the top Brie brand in France. It also makes fantastic butter!

France produces the best butter from high-quality cultured creams in the northwestern part of the country, which is known as the “Grand Cru” of European dairy regions. Due to its oceanic climate, rich soil and lush grass, this region produces butters that are distinctly rich and savory.

French butter also has a higher fat content than American butter. French butter is required to have an 82% butterfat minimum, as opposed to the 80% required in the United States.

We’re happy to carry Président French butter in our markets.
