Pink Guava Mimosa
Our pink guava rosé balsamic adds fantastic flavor to mimosas! Our fresh-squeezed orange juice makes these incredibly easy, too. We juice oranges daily, right in our markets!
Our pink guava rosé balsamic embodies the vibe of warm sandy beaches and dazzling tropical sunsets, with juicy notes that some liken to a marriage between pear and strawberry. Try it in sparkling water, cocktails, shrubs and kombucha. It’s also nice as a glaze for barbecued chicken, whisked into a peanut dipping sauce, with shrimp cocktail, as a dressing for cut-up stone fruit, as a marinade for cubes of melon or even drizzled over cheese plates.

Pink Guava Mimosas
Ingredients
Ingredients:
- 1 750 mL bottle Champagne or Prosecco
- 1 ½ cups freshly squeezed orange juice Get it at Sigona’s! We juice oranges daily.
- 1 large orange for garnish
- 6 Tbsp Sigona’s pink guava rosé balsamic
Instructions
- In a large pitcher, stir together the orange juice and balsamic. Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours or until well chilled.
- To serve, fill each glass, such as a Champagne flute, about 2/3 full (about ½ cup) with chilled Champagne or Prosecco. Top each serving with about ¼ cup of the orange and balsamic mixture. Garnish with a slice of orange and serve.
