White Truffle Popcorn with Parmigiano Reggiano

White Truffle Popcorn with Parmigiano Reggiano
Ingredients
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup corn kernels popped
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 1 Tbsp Sigona’s White Truffle Infused Olive Oil add more if desired
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmigiano Reggiano
- Salt to taste
- For stove top popping: 2 Tbsp neutral oil
Instructions
- In an air popper or over the stove, pop your popcorn and place in a large bowl.
- In a small saucepan over medium-low heat, melt the butter then stir in the truffle oil.
- Pour the butter mixture over the popcorn and toss to coat. Add the cheese; toss to coat. Season with salt, to taste.
