Murcott Mandarin Salad Dressing

In the Kitchen with Sigona’s: Murcott Mandarin Salad Dressing

This is a super healthy, no preservatives salad dressing, and the Manzanillo variety of extra virgin olive oil has a high polyphenol and high oleic acid count!


  • Juice of 2 Murcott Mandarins
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tsp juice from a Meyer lemon (in season now!)
  • 2 TBL Sigona’s Fresh Press Extra Virgin Olive Oil – the Manzanillo variety
  • A pinch of salt and pepper

Directions: In a medium bowl, mix together all ingredients except the olive oil. Drizzle the olive oil in slowly while whisking briskly to emulsify the mixture.

Presentation: Add this dressing to a fresh spinach salad with your choice of toppings. We love using slices of Murcott Mandarin, red onion, crumbled feta cheese and raw, sliced almonds.
