As you know, we have an extensive line of fresh & healthy olive oils, with new varieties arriving continuously as we follow the olive seasons around the globe. California Ultra Proprietary Blend

  • A unique blend of three, new crop, California-grown olives: Mission, Manzanillo & Navidio Blanco
  • The Ultra has a high polyphenol count of 480 — that’s terrific in an oil (polyphenols are the healthy antioxidants found in olive oil)
  • The three olive varieties used for this oil were grown in the Sierra Foothills
