Robbie’s Produce Tips: Bell Peppers

Robbie Sigona

How to Pick Bell Peppers:

  • Choose peppers with firm, deeply colored and glossy outer skin.
  • Keep peppers in the refrigerator, tightly wrapped in a plastic bag.
  • Avoid peppers with blemishes, bruises or soft spots as that is an indication that the pepper is damaged or overripe.
  • Bell peppers will last for up to 10 days fresh.
