Servings 4 people

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon filets (about 6 to 8 oz. each)
  • 1/2 cup orange marmalade
  • 1/4 cup Liv CookEat delicate soy sauce
  • 1 tsp Sigona's jalapeño olive oil
  • 1 tsp grated fresh ginger
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 4 green onions thinly diced on a bias
  • sesame seeds if desired, for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350ºF. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper. Add salmon to baking sheet.
  • In a medium bowl, whisk together the marmalade, soy sauce, jalapeño olive oil, ginger and garlic.  Spoon half the marmalade mixture over the salmon; set the remaining mixture aside.
  • Bake salmon for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and spoon remaining marmalade mixture over the filets, then place back in the oven and bake another 5 to 7 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork (this is a sure sign it is done).
  • Before serving, top with green onions and garnish with sesame seeds, if using.
