In the Kitchen with Sigona’s Featuring: Anti-Inflammatory Turmeric-Ginger Blend

Joint pain plagues so many people, whether from injury, age or even hereditary arthritis, and it can be almost crippling at times. If you’re like me, Carmelo Sigona, you’ve sought medicines, exercise and more to alleviate what ails us.

I’ve done a lot of research, trial and error, and have found the most relief in a simple blended concoction of raw turmeric and ginger. The flavor is strong, but after using this twice a day for a week my joint pain is essentially gone. I use this in soups, salads or in dressings, over vegetables, in smoothies or juices. If you’re brave, just take a straight shot of it…whew!
