Shrimp, Watermelon and Feta Skewers with a Blenheim Apricot and Orange Vinaigrette
Watermelon and Feta are a delicious combination; the sweet and salty pair also plays well with shrimp and arugula. The combination of all these flavors, topped with our Blenheim apricot and orange vinaigrette, would make a nice salad, but we love this skewer presentation. Skewering guarantees all the flavors are together in one perfect bite. Makes 12 skewers, serves 6.
Air Fryer Cauliflower Steaks with Sigona’s Calabrian Pesto Olive Oil & Parmigiano Reggiano
The air fryer makes life so easy! Making a simple mixture of our Calabrian pesto olive oil and some spices, such as paprika, which adds great color, and brushing it over the cauliflower steaks makes this a quick, healthy and delicious side dish. Serves 2 to 4.
DIY Granola With Sigona’s Tropical Balsamic and Olive Oil
This tasty little mixture is perfect for sprinkling over yogurt or even a smoothie bowl to add a little crunch. Feel free to add various fruits and nuts, or even experiment with a different balsamic and oil combination! Adapted from The Olive Oil & Vinegar Lover’s Handbook. Makes about 4 cups, easy to double.
Orange Flesh Honeydew, Fig & Prosciutto with Fennel and Sigona’s Basil Oil
Prosciutto and and cantaloupe is most definitely a classic combination — the saltiness of the prosciutto is countered by its sweet cantaloupe companion, creating a delicious flavor you might not usually expect from two simple ingredients. We’ve taken these two ingredients and added in a few other flavors and textures — the fennel adds fantastic crunch — to create a salad rather than a typical melon-prosciutto appetizer. Serves 4 to 6.
