You picked up a pairing of olive oil and balsamic, so now what?

Our infused and fused olive oils are made with quality extra virgin olive oil and contain no artificial ingredients. Most are infused with essential oils or natural flavors, while the fusions are made by crushing the featured flavor right along with the olives, shortly after the olives are harvested.

Our balsamics – we have both white and dark balsamics – are perfectly balanced in flavor and add a fantastic zing to dishes. The white balsamics are just as flavorful as our dark balsamics, and they’re useful for recipes where you want some acidity but not the color, such as a dish with white fish.

We have a few specialty oils as well, such as our roasted sesame oil.  It’s made from high-quality sesame seeds that are roasted slowly under low temperature, then pressed in small batches in Japan in the traditional style. It has tremendous depth of flavor and mouth-feel.

Creamy Lemon & Basil Pasta with Spicy Calabrian Pesto Toasted Panko
A short cut of pasta works best for this dish, as does a generous scoop or two of the toasted panko. Our spicy Calabrian pesto olive oil is savory and herbaceous with just the right amount of heat. Citrusy Breakfast Waffles with a Satsuma & Berry Compote
You can use just about any of our citrusy olive oils, such as Meyer lemon, Navel orange or Persian lime. The compote is made with our Satsuma vanilla cream white balsamic, which enhances the citrus notes of the waffles. It acts as a syrup and a fruit topping all in one! If you have left over compote, you can it on ice cream or as a spread for toast or sandwiches. Recipe inspired by Veronica Foods. Makes 8 to 10 waffles.
