Smoky Chipotle Olive Oil & Golden Pineapple White Balsamic Grill Marinade
You can use this marinade for pork chops, tri-tip or chicken thighs! The smoky Chipotle provides a layer of heat which pairs nicely with the sweetness of the golden pineapple, a flavor that intensifies and caramelizes as it cooks.
Remember to reserve about 3 tablespoons of marinade before adding to your meat that can be used as a finishing sauce when serving.
